Returns and Exchanges
Returns Policy
We do our best to provide as much details as possible on our product descriptions including a sizing chart that is clear and will appear helpful for you when picking which size is best for your little ones. If you are unclear on any products, please email or DM us on our social platform before making a purchase so we can assist you with your order.
We will only accept returns in the event that the item has a fault however, we will happily accept a return in exchange for a store credit providing the item has been returned in original condition, with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed. We will not cover the return costs for shipping if you wish to return an item due to change of mind.
Exchanges and Sale items
If you receive your item and need to exchange it due to a sizing change or a change of mind you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and organize an exchange. If you do not return your item or contact us before the 7 day period we will not accept your exchange.
When exchanging an item the item must be in original condition, with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed.
If you purchase a sale item unfortunately this means we are not stocking this item anymore and therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
If you purchase an item with a discount code or on a flash sale and it is not a regular sale item, you can still return and exchange these items as normal for the value you paid for the item at the time of purchase.
